Substitution Policy:
The supply of fresh flowers is greatly reduced which will increase the need to substitute. It is best to allow the floral designer to hand make your order with available flowers in stock.
In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Please note, we work with seasonal flowers and each of our arrangements are unique in their own way. The arrangement shown is an example of the size, colour and varieties of blooms available. Your arrangement will vary based on the time of year, design style and budget you've selected.
Colors, varieties, containers, and availability of items shown may vary due to seasonal demand, prices and delivery area . If it becomes necessary to make substitutions to guarantee freshness and/or delivery in a timely manner, we will proceed on your behalf (without notification) using items of equal or greater value. Special care will be taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement.
Using goods available on hand in stock, allows florists to make same day gift delivery and next day gift delivery for almost all orders. If the specific flowers, container, plants or gift items for your order are not in stock, then it will be necessary to substitute in order to complete same day or next day flower delivery. The florist may be able to order specific in season flowers or plants for your order from a wholesaler or grower which may take 3 to 7 business days. This only applies to orders where you have ordered early enough and allowed enough time. Special containers usually cannot be ordered in advance.
Substitution Policy: For Phone or Online Orders that you Agree to when placing an order

Although the actual Fruit Basket may not match the photo, its temperament will.
Occasionally, Substitutions of Fruits and Snacks in the Baskets or containers will be Substituted. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
A particular decorative element such as a vase, basket, or ceramic container, a similar one of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Gift Baskets will be Substituted with another Gift Basket we have in stock of Equal or Greater Value to ensure Timely Delivery. If certain items in the gift baskets are not available such as Snacks chocolates , we will make up the difference to the same Value in added snacks etc...
We reserved the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable
When making substitutions we don't call the sender as this could delay the order from being delivered on the requested date or for an important Anniversary , or Birthday etc..

Flower and Gift Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered from 3pm to 12 midnight
Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral , container or Ad - On items.
We will pay close attention to design elements such as size, style, colour and balance, and when a substitution is necessary, similary shaped flowers will be used. If we are out of a particular decorative element such as a vase, basket, or ceramic container, a similar one of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Gift Baskets will be Substituted with another Gift Basket we have in stock of Equal or Greater Value to ensure Timely Delivery. If certain items in the gift baskets are not available such chocolates , wine or champangne we will make up the differace to the same value in added snacks etc...
For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
The dimensions supplied for any arrangements are only approximations. They are not exact. However, you may refer to them for general size guidelines.
There would be a $39.99 cancel fee on all orders.
